How to place an order

Placing an order

You can place your order at ELKS & ANGELS by internet 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, or by telephone , fax or mail Monday to Friday 10am-1pm and from 2pm to 6pm.

 

To place an order on the website
1. Whenever you find an item you like, simply click the "add to cart" button after you select your preferred Color, Size and Quantity.
2. When you have finished shopping and are ready to check out, click on "Checkout" in the top right hand corner of any page.
3. The "View & Edit" section of the Checkout page presents you with all items you have chosen.  You can change quantities or delete items from this page before continuing. Once you are satisfied that you have all your items, click "Update" then "Next" in the bottom right corner.
4. In the "Billing & Shipping" section of the Checkout page, enter your Personal Details, Billing Details and Shipping Address. If your Billing details are exactly the same as your Shipping Address, you can simply click the "Copy" button to save re-entering this same information. Once you enter all information, click the "Next" button at the bottom right of the page.
5. In the "Confirm" section of the Checkout page, please double check your complete details (Personal, Billing, Shipping and Product) and check the white box in the centre of the page to confirm you agree to our Terms and Conditions of sale. Once you are satisfied that everything is correct, click the "Next" button in the bottom right corner.
6. In the "Payment" section of the Checkout page, please enter your exact name as it is displayed on your credit card, your credit card number, your CCV number on the back of your card (last three digits on the signature strip) and the expiry date.  Please double check this information and then click the "Next" button in the bottom right corner.
7. If your credit card is declined, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the invoicing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.  Please contact your credit card company if the problem persists.
8. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered during the checkout process.
At this stage your credit card will be charged manually on the date that we dispatch the goods to you.
Canceling an Order - Please note that our processing system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.  As a result, Elks & Angels® cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. back to top
