Returns/Exchanges for products purchased directly from the Elks & Angels ® website (e Boutique)
We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and customer service. As such, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%.

Returns

We accept returns on products purchased at full price from our website (e Boutique) for store credit, less shipping and handling fees, on any unused/ unworn/unwashed items with in a perfect state for resale in original packaging with original swing tags attached accompanied by the original receipt of purchase brought to our attention within 14 days of receipt of delivery and returned to us within 20 days of receipt of delivery. If we are not notified with your intention to return a product within 14 days of receipt of delivery, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

Any product which is incomplete, or whose original packaging is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.


Provided the return request and items received meet our return criteria, the customer will receive store credit, less shipping and handling fees, to be used at www.elksandangels.com


WE REGRET TO ADVISE THAT NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUNDS CAN BE MADE WITHOUT ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days if you have purchased an incorrect size/colour.  WE REGRET TO ADVISE THAT NO EXCHANGE CAN BE MADE WITHOUT ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE.  NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY.


Postage for Returns/Exchanges must be pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.  ELKS & ANGELS recommends the Customer to return its products with registered delivery or insurance to the commercial value of the products, guaranteeing him, if necessary, the compensation for the products matching their real commercial value in the event of damage or loss of these goods. In all cases the return is carried out at the Customer’s own risk. It will be up to the Customer to preserve any proof of return.

If you would like to exchange your product because you ordered the incorrect size/colour, please ensure you include either your credit card details so that we can charge your credit card for the Post Packaging, Insurance and Freight of the replacement product or alternatively, please include a Post Express Post Satchel (which is traceable) so that we can dispatch your replacement product without delay.

In the event of a return the customer will be issued a credit note which can be used for any following purchases and is valid for 6 months and is available online in the customer’s account.

Refunds

We regret to advise that we will only be responsible for defect, current season product purchased from our website at full price, accompanied by the original receipt.  If it is determined that the defect is our responsibility we will:

  1. Repair the defect if possible (eg. missing button, faulty snap/zipper, broken stitches etc); or
  2. Replace the product in the exact same colour/size if in stock or
  3. Offer an alternative product of equal value from the same season if the customer accepts; or
  4. Credit the customer the full cost of the product (including the Post Packaging, Insurance and Freight) as appears on the original receipt, back to the credit card originally used for payment.  Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.  We will only refund Post Packaging, Insurance and Freight charges if we've sent the incorrect item, or if the item sent is defective.
