We can have your order delivered where ever you like in the globe, just tell us where.

Australia
Orders within Australia will be charged according to their weight and size of the parcel. Small parcels ($6.95) are sent via Express eParcel (Australia Post’s premium delivery service). Large parcels ($9.50) are sent via Australian Air Express Courier. Freight will be calculated at the eBoutique checkout, just prior to you confirming your credit card details. Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Platinum Express Post / Small parcels ($6.95) are sent via Express eParcel (Australia Post’s premium delivery service). Large parcels ($9.50) and are sent via Australian Air Express Courier which takes 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays) to most postcodes in capital cities.  For all other orders within Australia, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

 

USA & North America
Delivery within America will be charged at a flat rate of $15.00 for the first item and an additional $1.00 for each item thereafter.  Freight will be calculated at the eBoutique checkout, just prior to you confirming your credit card details.

International
Elks & Angels® can deliver to most countries however freight rates vary depending on destination, product weight/size, applicable duty, tax rates for specific countries etc. Freight will be calculated at cost. We will contact you prior to dispatching your order to confirm the Freight charge.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse as quickly as possible - usually within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday, not including public holidays) if the product is in stock. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

 

All Delivery destinations

We are not responsible for the cost to re-ship packages that are returned to us as 'non-deliverable.' The customer will be responsible for the costs associated with re-shipment in these instances. If, on the other hand, we make the addressing error, we will gladly re-ship the package to you in an expedited manner. No refund of delivery will be given if the delivery takes more than those indicated. Times will vary according to the country of destination. 

 

Delivery Notes to All Countries

During the Christmas/New Year period, orders may take a further ten (10) working days to process/dispatch.
Your credit card will be charged manually on the date that we dispatch your goods to you.
Although Elks & Angels® makes every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally, we may have sold out of certain products or colour ways. In the event that a product ordered has sold out, we will advise you prior to dispatch of your order. back to top

 

Dispatching times

Orders placed online via the www.elksandangels website are tended to everyday from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. ELKS & ANGELS does its utmost to treat and dispatch any order received before 11am the very same day, nevertheless the preparation and processing time of an order may be lengthened according to articles, and may require 1 or 2 business days. In the case of an order which may comprise one or more products not immediately available and one or more products immediately available, ELKS & ANGELS will dispatch the order as of reception of the whole of the products which comprise the order. If the customer wishes to receive the products immediately available more quickly, he is advised to isolate these articles in a separate order.

 

Gift wrapping

We can add your personalized message, which will be printed on a signed card and added to the parcel free of charge, simply note your message in the check out comments. If you wish to have gift wrapping, you should simply check this option for an additional $4.95 at the time of order. Your order will be prepared with the greatest of care and will be packed in a refined package.
